Safeguarded. Banked. Reconciled.
Money20/20 USA · Las Vegas · 18 to 21 October 2026
One position a bank can accept.
Massive Distribution Dynamics works with payment businesses that hold end-user funds: on safeguarding, on debanking risk, and on getting a structure North American banks can underwrite. We work with Canadian MSBs and fund-holding platforms, and payment firms in Europe, Asia and Africa that need a Canadian base and US dollar capability.
We are there to talk, and to get to know you.

Who we want to meet
Pre-funding and processing accounts at credit unions and small banks are fragile relationships. When a bank re-assesses appetite, the technology company moving third-party money is usually the first account it closes.
Without US dollar settlement and clearing, a payments business is confined to its domestic market. Most firms attack that at the front door, and the front door is where the queue is.
For a firm in Europe, Asia or Africa, a registered Canadian company with a safeguarding trust is the entry structure into North America, not an addition to one you already have.
Then the obligation is live now and the conversation is shorter, because there is no incorporation or registration step in front of it.

What you do, how your funds flow and whose money it is at each point, the banking and payment relationships you depend on, and whether we can materially improve your position.
Who does what
MDD does not hold client funds and is not the trustee. End-user funds are held by a licensed Canadian trust company acting as independent trustee. We build the structure around it, coordinate the parties and keep it running. We will tell you who our trust, custody and banking partners are when we speak.
If you have received a banking exit notice, say so and we will reply the same day.
